What it will include
One-on-one mentorship
Pastors paired with a mentor whose experience fits your context. Ongoing meetings, on your cadence, for as long as it serves.
Burnout recovery
When the weight has caught up with you, we help you find your footing again. No judgment, no timeline, no pressure to be okay before you are.
Post-ministry mentorship
For pastors who have stepped down, stepped away, or been stepped on. Identity, vocation, and faith all on the table. We sit with you in it.
